Help with Your Digital Download
Need help finding or opening your Simple Biz Toolkit files? This page covers the most common download issues and how to fix them quickly.
Most purchases are delivered instantly through Etsy after checkout. Your files are digital downloads — there is no physical item to ship.
Where to find your download
If you purchased using an Etsy account:
- Sign in to Etsy using the account you used at checkout.
- Go to Purchases and Reviews.
- Find your Simple Biz Toolkit order.
- Select Download Files next to the order.
- Save the files to your computer, tablet, or phone.
For best results, use a web browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. A desktop computer or laptop is usually the easiest option.
If you purchased as a guest
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy sends your download link by email.
Search your inbox for an email from Etsy, then look for the link to view or download your files. It is also worth checking your spam, junk, promotions, or PayPal email inbox if you used PayPal at checkout.
You can also connect a guest order to an Etsy account if you want the order to appear in your Etsy purchase history.
⚠️ Use a browser, not the Etsy app
Digital file downloads are usually easiest from a web browser. If the download button is not showing in the Etsy app, open Etsy in your phone browser or use a desktop/laptop instead.
On mobile, try opening Etsy in your browser and switching to desktop view if needed.
If the download button is greyed out
A greyed-out download button usually means Etsy is still processing the payment.
Wait a few minutes, refresh the page, then check again. Some payments — especially card or PayPal payments — can take a little time to confirm.
If the download does not start
Try these steps:
- ✓ Open Etsy in a web browser instead of the app.
- ✓ Disable ad blockers or browser extensions temporarily.
- ✓ Try a different browser.
- ✓ Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- ✓ Check that pop-ups or downloads are not being blocked.
- ✓ Make sure you are signed in with the same Etsy account used for the purchase.
- ✓ Check your email receipt for the download link if you purchased as a guest.
If you cannot find the order
First, make sure you are signed into the correct Etsy account. If you have more than one email address, the purchase may be linked to a different one.
If you purchased as a guest, search your email inbox for your Etsy receipt. The receipt should include a link to your order or files.
Opening your files
Most Simple Biz Toolkit products are PDF or common office-style files. You can usually open them with:

Yes, many customers use the templates digitally by typing into fillable PDFs or importing printable pages into apps such as GoodNotes or similar note-taking tools.
Fillable PDF features may not work the same way in every app. If a form field does not behave as expected, open the file in a standard PDF reader or desktop browser.
